Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI)

The HPI is a measure of normal personality.

 

It provides information regarding the "bright side" of personality - characteristic that appear during social interactions and that facilitate or inhibit a person's ability to

  • get along with others

  • achieve his or her goals

 

It assesses normal personality and interpersonal characteristics, and predicts occupational success.

 

The HPI provides information regarding how a person is perceived by others.

 

HPI is used in:

  • selection

  • career pathing

  • individual assessment, development planning and coaching

  • promotion and succession planning

 

Hogan Development Survey (HDS)

The HDS measures personality in situations where the person in not actively managing their public images. These situations might include those involving:

  • high stress or change

  • multi-tasking

  • task saturation or accomplishment

  • poor person job-fit

 

or

 

  • when an individual feels so comfortable in his or her work environment that little or no concern is given to public image

 

HDS is used in:

  • High-Level position selection

Motives Values Preferences Inventory

The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) describes personality from the inside – the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain.

 

By assessing values, you can understand what motivates candidates to succeed, and in what type of position, job, and environment they will be the most productive.

 

MVPY is used  in:
